Prevenitive maintenance is a must to keep your equipment running and allow it to have a full working life.

If you do not do preventive maintenance this could cause your unit to prematurely die or cause issues at the worst time of the year.

Our maintenance packages include

Yearly service

P.M. HVAC Services will come out once yearly to check and maintain your unit, this includes

• Air Conditioner cleaning with chemical cleaner

• Filter change

• Furnace component cleaning including

  • Flame sensor

  • cabinet space

  • burner area

• basic inspection of the unit

Total $150.00 yearly for service includes filter, cleaner, and labor

Bi-yearly service

P.M. HVAC Services will come out twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall to service both your furnace and AC before start up of the system. This package includes

• Air Conditioner cleaning with chemical cleaner (spring)

• Filter change (spring and fall)

• Furnace component cleaning including (fall)

  • Flame sensor

  • cabinet space

  • burner area

• Heat exchanger inspection

• Combustion test

• CO test

• Information sheet created for your unit

• In depth inspection of the unit

Total $200.00 yearly for service includes filter, cleaner, and labor
